POLYMERS AND RUBBERS

01
Plasticizers:
Functional additives that enhance polymer flexibility, longevity, and processing characteristics by diminishing intermolecular forces. Extensively applied in PVC formulations to reduce glass transition temperature. Extrusion Grade: Flexible films, cables/wires, flooring systems, and synthetic leather products. Injection Grade: Soft-touch grips, medical tubing, seals, and automotive interior components.
*
Low-Density Polyethylene (LDPE):
A thermoplastic featuring branched molecular chains, delivering exceptional impact strength, chemical resistance, and flexibility. Readily processable through extrusion or molding techniques. Widely utilized in packaging, films, and diverse molded applications due to its flexibility, moisture barrier properties, and chemical stability. Extrusion Grade: Packaging films, squeeze bottles, agricultural mulch films, and protective coatings. Injection Grade: Lightweight containers, closure caps, toys, and laboratory equipment.
*
High-Density Polyethylene (HDPE):
Linear polymer structure offering an impressive strength-to-density ratio, outstanding moisture resistance, and exceptional toughness. Ideally suited for rigid product applications. Extrusion Grade: Pipeline systems, geomembranes, fuel tanks, and blow-molded drums. Injection Grade: Storage crates, pallets, household items, and food packaging solutions.
*
LLDPE (Linear Low-Density Polyethylene):
Flexible copolymer delivering superior tensile strength and puncture resistance compared to LDPE. Features enhanced stress-crack resistance capabilities. Extrusion Grade: Stretch wrap films, industrial liners, irrigation piping, and flexible pouches. Injection Grade: Thin-walled containers, closure lids, and caps for consumer packaging applications.
*
Polypropylene (PP):
Adaptable, fatigue-resistant thermoplastic featuring excellent chemical and thermal stability. Available in both homopolymer and copolymer formulations. Extrusion Grade: BOPP films, textile fibers (carpets/geotextiles), sheet materials, and automotive trim components. Injection Grade: Medical devices, furniture components, battery housings, and food storage containers.
*
Polyvinyl Chloride (PVC):
Amorphous thermoplastic capable of customization from rigid to flexible configurations. Naturally flame-retardant and economically efficient. Extrusion Grade: Window profiles, piping systems, fencing materials, and medical tubing. Injection Grade: Plumbing fittings, electrical component housings, and footwear elements.
*
Antioxidants:
Protective additives that prevent polymer degradation caused by oxidation and heat exposure during processing and throughout product lifecycle. Significantly extend product durability. Extrusion Grade: Stabilization for films, pipes, and cables subjected to UV radiation and thermal stress. Injection Grade: Protection for automotive components, packaging materials, and consumer products against premature aging.
